York Alexander Technique Centre, (YATC),  formerly known as York Alexander Technique School, (YATS), was founded in 2003.

It is the only Alexander Technique Centre and Training school in the North East of England.
Located in the historic city of York, close to the city centre, it is a short bus ride from the rail station and just two hours north of London by rail.

York holds 1900 years of history in its walls, with an iconic Minster, historic architecture, and many visitor attractions, excellent cafes and restaurants.

The East Coastline has many lovely sea resorts, and the Howardian Hills, Yorkshire Moors and Wolds are all easily accessible.

The centre is located in Heslington, York.
